About this role

Magora builds and runs fully virtual-managed companies — human experts and AI working as one team, from our home in the Waldviertel to clients worldwide. We don't hire for a fixed job title; we hire people who want to help build that future with us.

What we look for Bring real expertise in at least one of our core areas — software development, marketing, operations, content or business — ideally paired with a genuine interest in AI and how it changes the way companies work. If you're curious about virtual employees, automation, context-engineering and building products end to end with AI in the loop, you'll feel at home.
